I am running the stock 245/40s. Yes, it did rub with coupe springs (as I expected it to). Once I rolled the fenders, no more rubbing but the paint chipped on the lip. You can't see it but I know it's there and it drove me crazy so the car is at the body shop being fixed as we speak.
If you do it, go really slow and repeatedly heat up the paint. The idiot that did mine went too fast and I think that was the primary cause of the chipping. You don't have to be that aggressive with the roll. I should have done it myself (based on watching the guy it looked pretty easy).
