Hooby is not that ignorant to not know that the G35 is the skyline in japan. I think it pretty well common knowledge on the board. It's just that some people get delight in posting denigrating and derogatory messages that serve no other useful purpose than to stir things up. I agree it's poor taste to come on to someones post to criticize them for the badges they hang on their car especially after having their pride an joy banged up.

when i first read this post i had no idea where hooby came up with the badges comment. it's interesting that after court's post, the only thing that hooby got out of it was what was in court's signature.

Here's my $0.02...I've always known there was a SKYLINE in Japan. It didn't dawn on my that when the G came out in 2002 that it was the regular SKYLINE. Let's assume "HOOBY" just didn't have a clue. I've learned there are a lot of ignorant and stooopid people in this world. Some of them, just don't get it! Too bad our G's isn't the GT-R..That would've beeen SWWEEEEEET!

hooby, I'm going to give you the benifit ofthe doubt and assume that you knew that the G35 was a nissan product and furthermore assume that you made your comment only to be a stuck up [censored], otherwise you were being an ignorant stuck up [censored].

Regardless, don't rebadge with nissan, it would be cool, but too expencive. You would have to get the center caps on the wheels, and a new steering wheel... and even a new engine cover. Just debadge it and add skyline emblems (replacing g35) This way it can be a skyline and you wont have to eliminate all of the infinity badges. Does that make sense? It's late.

I can understand a little if you decided to overhaul the entire car to make it JDM (whatever) but just placing a Nissan emblem on the trunk is silly.

 

Okay, let's all concentrate on the crash, not the Nissan logo. What looks great or stupid is purely opinion, and you're not going to change anybody else's. Don't make me delete half the thread and close it down.
