any of u guys use race gas?? i was thinking about it but am unsure whether its safe or not....

da mayor used 10 octane...the VQ does not advance timing if it detects superior fluids...its only good as an extra precaution against knocking since you will be running hot at the track

Oh I know. I just expected to get into the 12's and was not happy. I need to cut myself some slack, it had been a long time since I raced.

Also the 13.0 run was at my low boost setting ~365whp. I need to go up and add that above.

It's always a good idea to mix in some race gas. 100 will be fine and help with detonation under hard driving. I added in some 101 this time.

Mine is not most of the time. I get better traction on the street as long as my tires are warm.

This is the only good video I had on my camera. This was where I ran the 13.0 but he didn't get the end on camera. I had two runs within 10 mins of each other and this was the second. The launch was crap but it was still fun.

did you have to pull the brake light fuse to be able to do the burnout?

I pulled the ABS fuse. I didn't know you could pull the brake light fuse.
