Reputable Company ?

I was looking at a post by a guy who purchaesd some wheels and tires from a place called e-wheels. They have a great deal on wheel and tire packages with free mounting, balancing and shipping. The last place I found with deals like this was (wheelsdirectonline.com) I was scared off by Gdup35sedan said it was a shaddy company. Has anyone done buisness with this e-wheels before?

No not yet. I do see people like yourself as well as others really like the service from those companies as well as Automotivemods. I have been ready to buy for a while but the only company nearby is AlteredAtmosphere and they quoted me a price of about $2800.00 just for those wheels. I am also a little hesitent on spending 3k for somthing that will be delivered through the mail by a company I cant actually go to. I guess I just need to sh*t or get off the pot.

when you're buying wheels for the sedan, especially volks and works and the like, the expensive brands, they are more often than not much more expensive than the same wheels for the coupe because of the different and not so popular offsets that the sedan uses. I was going to get a set of Lexion 203's and was quoted 2700 for just the wheels and my friend with the coupe wanted the same wheels, he was quoted 2200 for the same exact wheel with different offsets. That's just the way it goes.

That makes sense, and I appreciate your input. It's not that I dont want to pay the amount the local shops are asking, it's just that these obscure internet companies seem to have much lower prices. Thats what's been taking me so long to make a decision on where to by from. For example, nobody has replied about this e-wheels company yet and it's things like this that make hesitate.

if it sounds too good to be true, for the most part it usually is. that's why shopping at reputable companies is preferred. it give you that little warm and fuzzy feeling. don't get me wrong they are not always the *lowest* price, but then again, if I wanted the lowest price, then i might aswell look on ebay. just do your research and go w/ your gut.
