Amsoil nanofiber air filter

Does anyone have the Amsoil nanofiber panel air filter? I'm thinking about ditching my K&N for it.

Seems like a waste to me. I doubt you will see any gains from it.

It's not about gains but same level flow as K&N with much better filtration of dirt particles.

most people do the switch b/c they don't like to deal with the oil from k&n. iirc, don't you prefer dry filters? i thought i always read you prefered the aem dry filter in the stillen airbox vs the stillen oiled filter.

The cone styles must be brand new. They didn't have them last time I looked:

AMSOIL Ea Air Filters
AMSOIL Ea Air Filters are the most efficient filters available to the car/light truck market. Ea Air Filters’ synthetic nanofiber media removes 5 times more dust than traditional cellulose filter media alone and 50 times more dust than wet gauze filter media. AMSOIL Ea Air Filters have a service life of 100,000 miles or four years, whichever comes first.

AMSOIL Ea Air Filters hold up to two and a half times more contaminants than cellulose air filters and allow over twice the air-flow of filters that use cellulose

Hmm, does anyone know the part number that would be a direct replacement for the filter that comes with the Stillen airbox?

In order to use the Amsoil cone you need to get a MAF adapter for like a 350z or Maxima and then get the Amsoil 3050 conical, or you can just get the drop in panel filter which fits the stock airbox and remove the power duct to get the same sound as the cone.
