Angry Stillen Exhaust Damaged

I just purchased a used stillen exhaust form cwmizner and i recieved it today. When the ups guy came he says wow this box is beat up, i see it and at two ends of the box the exhaust is sticking out. I open the box and the mid section, were the resonators are, is bent. One of the support brackets that is across each resonator has broken off one resonator. I am so pissed. I have pics. Question is is it repairable? Is there anything i can do through ups because it was damaged? i would appreciate any info.

Doesn't seem like anything an exhaust shop couldn't fix with a little welding. Is there any cosmetic damage to the rear section (i.e. the muffler and tips that everyone will see)? That is what I would be most concerned about. If it was insured, I would call UPS and see if they will compensate you for what it costs to be fixed. Some fault has to reside with the seller. Doesn't seem like he packaged it very well.

contact the seller to see if he added insurance to the product before shipping!! on something like that you should always add insurance

UPS gives it a certain amount of insurance automatically. I want to say it is $100 or $500 by default. I would have the shipper put in a claim and have them pay for the repair. It is an easy fix.

The resonators don't need to be welded together.

On my stillen Gen II, they came as separate pieces.

You can just cut off the weld bar & weld the hole shut with a patch.
