new treats for my G

Today I received my Z tube and JWT pop charger. Can't wait until tomorrow to install. Hope I'm not disapointed with it. I shouldn't be, because I'm happy with my no gain HKS Muffler system so this addition should be a nice touch. I'll let you all know

Oh trust me it is. It is already in my shopping cart, just waiting for funds to be in my bank account (lol).

Ha, Ha I thought the same thing. Although modding can be threatening to your wallet. Enjoy the new intake. It should sound really good in combination with your HKS.

Well the job is complete, and I have nothing spectacular to report. However that heat shield and air scoop (stock) combo is the stupidest thing I ever so. Trying to get them to connect is a waste of time or maybe it's just me, so I ditched the original air scoop. There is no way to connect them to make it worth anything. Well we'll see if I gain 15 HP in about ten days or so after it's broken in. Calm down it's a joke.

I removed my air scoop I think I shaved about 5lbs off my car by doing so.

did you ever get it installed???....I just put mine on saturday ans was wondering if you had fun like me putting on that black trimming stuff....?

I almost threw that stuff away and think I woke up my neighbors from my yelling....LOL, it was reallly stiff....but 10secs. in the microwave fixed that........But i would recommend alittle less..or not at all being that there is some sorta metal on the inside.. ...I didnt know and my Microwave sparked a couple of times........

What a difference.....The engine really seems to open up now and cant wait for a few more bolt ons.....Only problem is that its sorta a family car, so I cant really do all that much.....

My 2 yr old son started making car sounds now that he can actually hear it.....

Next time try dropping in boiling water for a few mins... better than starting a fire in your house or ruining your microwave.
