What a difference.....The engine really seems to open up now and cant wait for a few more bolt ons.....Only problem is that its sorta a family car, so I cant really do all that much.....

Yes it went on ok or me, just a little bit of pressure and all was good. Now installing it on the air scoop was another story, it was so clumsy to work with. Then I ended up ditching it because it doesn't fit where it was intended to go. As for performance well it sounds good, better than just the HKS, I will be purchasing the Plenum spacer soon, just need some more time to do some more research.Originally Posted by gsRt5

yenno, after all the reading, and debating whether i should get the pop charger or not, i just decided to get a k&n filter replacement and a recharge kit. i guess im not into getting little hp. i think i'll just get the mrev and spacer to make some power, but that wont be for a long while.

I do not regret getting the intake/ztube combo....It was cheap and added the much needed growl I was hoping it would make......And you can definitly feel a difference in the car...
Asfar as not putting the rubber edging on the heat shield.....You should Im sure it serves a purpose or they wouldnt have put it.....And I bet it will keep ur filter a bit cleaner then without it......
