wont go off after i changed the flat? anyone know how to reset it?

You need to take it to the dealer to get it reset, or you can check with a local shop around you to have it reset. I know that Infiniti tried to charge my sister $40/tire to reset the tpms on the car. The issue with my sister's car was that no matter what the pressure was, the light was always on. After haggling them, they just reset the tpms for us for free b/c nothing was wrong with the tires.

 

If you are under warranty they should reset it for free. They should go off on their own, mine always have.

 

Did you replace the flat with the full-size spare? If so, you do have to go to the dealer to get the monitoring system reset to recognize the new sensor in the spare. If you got the flat fixed and put the same tire back on, its possible that the TPMS may be OK, but it still might be a good idea to have the dealer check it out. Its easy enough for them to do. They simply plug in one of their CONSULT II units. If the TPMS is not OK they have a second small unit they use to go around and force the sensors in the wheel to register.

I just had mine done at Ray Catena in Bridgewater, NJ after I had new tires installed on a different mix of wheels. First thing they checked showed that the TPMS had disabled itself because it was confused presumably over the new combination of pressure sensors. The warning light came on twice before I got to the dealer then shut off and never came back on. So I assumed that it was OK but it had disabled itself. Took all of 10 minutes for them to reset everything and didn't cost a dime.
