Replaceing Battery for Intellikey Remote

Anyone know how to open the cover on the remote (intelligent key fob)? I need to replace the battery inside and having hard time to get it opened. And what kinds battery does it use? Thanks. (If you can post some photos, that would be really helpful.)

The manual is your friend.
It has a section on changing the battery on the intelligent fob. Pics and all.

I check my manual and all it says is bring it to the dealer for them to replace the battery. Does anybody know what battery type and can link a pic or something for me to do it myself? Thanks. BTW, I have a 2005 Sedan.

The battery is 2025. You will need a small screw driver. On the back of the fob is a latch that releases the small key inside the fob take that small key out now looking at the top of the fob you will see a tiny square slot take the small screw driver and stick it in that slot and apply a little pressure this will release the two halfs of the fobs from each other. Then it's pretty much common sense plug and play...take the battery out and put the new 2025 in.
