Unfortunately, what he stated is true. The G35x 05 is using the smaller
brake/rotor from 04 sedan. The 05 non X sedan received a upgrade.
You can't always trust "news". Read your owner doc & look up the specs.
I believe 06x finally received brake upgrade, but I am not sure. What I am, sure is that 05x has smaller brakes than 05 non X sedan. I know that because I upgraded my 05 X to wilwood BBK.
