HI.

Im looking for somone that has a Navi in So Cal that dosen't want/like it.... I want it!

I dont oknw how much the dealer will charge to remove it from one car and put it into another.. but Im just curious if anyone is up for it and if so, at what price..

haha stop trying to make me JELOUS@#*$)@$* I wish i would have gotten navi with my G... wanted to save some $ so I diddnt... diddnt realize the mistake I was making.. :~(

I wanted to save some money, also, which is why I got a G35 w/ Nav for $5k less than a 330i w/o Nav. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] Of coures, there were other reasonss, too....

hey Pestilence, just get a hot looking girl to ride shotgun and have her hold a map for you it... its a lot better then the Infiniti's nav system

 

What will the Nav cost if you buy it from Infinite and have the dealer install it after you buy the car? I mean you have the car and then decide to add the Nav...

Some of the other posts say it will cost $6400 for the Infiniti Nav plus installation. NO WAY!!!!

 

I love mine, I wouldn't part with it for anything.

 

GetGo, according to my dealer the Nav system is intergrated into all the other systems, so if you do buy it and put it in, you have to upgrade abunch of other stuff.... Thats why its cheaper to just buy it when you buy the car... You will also have to modify the dash since the buttons for the Nav system are built into the dash...

I don't want Navi because I want to upgrade my Stereo.... besides, MapQuest works just fine for me, look up the directions before I head out =)

Its really not those functions which i want the NAVI for.
1) the slide up screen is "ultra-pimp" (def.: the pimpest++
2) to get an rca converter and hook it up to a in-car dvd.
3) for the calculations it does on gas milage
4) for the service reminders
5) i konw there is cooler stuff that it does..but i dont konw it yet...

In addition to the gas calculations, when your fuel gets low it offers to guide you to a nearby gas station.
