You can but they may charge you an early lease termination fee.

Curious...what were the indicators that you needed to replace those parts? Was there rattling or looseness?

Check lemon laws in your state. If you've had the car in repair a lot of times then you might be able to walk away.

Yea, def check the Lemon Laws.

Depending on where you leased it from, you can do a trade in type thing. My grandpa had a Lexus and was able to give in his SC for a LS early...

If you did the lease through a bank not affiliated with the dealer chances are you will have to pay a lot of money.

As the guys above said, look into the lemon law and talk to nissan about it. They might take good care of you if you stay in the family.

u should try to get into a new 07 sedan.. and if you make a big deal about all problems you had, you hsould be able to get into a similar lease

but yes, you can do whatever you want. theres websites that will buy out your lease, and other dealerships will buy it out to get you into one of their cars.

its unfortunate you had all those problems, i have nothing bad to say about my car

I get a lot of calls and PMs... it costs on average depending on remainder of lease term from $3k to $8k for early terms through IFS bank.....outside banks like HANN or US Bank or even Chase you are even more in debt
