Windshield Fogging up

Windshield Fogging up
I have a very annoying problem, and I need to solve it. I drive an 03 Sedan.
Everytime it rains, or the car is wet when I get out of a carwash, my windshield fogs up like crazy from inside so I have to blow AC on max if i want to see anything. I assume it is my cabin filter that needs replacement (there is also a bad smell from AC) so I will do that asap.
But also the outside of the windshield starts reflecting light during the night in a way that if I drive under a street light, there is this glow that again makes the road hard to see. It gets wiped off when I turn wipers on but reappears after a few seconds.
Maybe its the wax I use I dont know, any suggestions are appreciated as this problem makes it hard to enjoy driving my G in the rain at night.
Thanks

Just hit the switch for recycled air instead of air from the engine and you won't have that problem. If it is raining outside and you have air coming in, you are bringing in humidity as well. Best thing to do is hit the recycle air button. Also remember that your windows will eventually fog up from you exhaling. You're going to need to turn on the AC eventually to clear it up if it is raining. Hope this helps
