Question Fresh Air Intake ?

I've got that musty smell coming from my A/C on my 04 G35 Sedan.

I've gotten some Einszett Klima-Cleaner and need to insert the dispersal tube into the fresh air intake (FAI). However, I can't figure out where that is! I've been looking all over the web for info on where I can get to the FAI.

In the pic below of the engine bay, is the cirlced area the FAI? Is so, how to I open that panel to get the tube for the Klima-Cleaner down in there?

Thanks!

Ian

I did. I just had the 45000 mile service completed, where they replaced the filter...

That is where the air comes in. Those are the inlets and the fliter is behind the glove box and battery.

Ah. ok. So, maybe I'll try to pull the battery out and see if I can access the intake. Or pull out the glove box and filter and access it from that way...

Thanks for the info!

I believe it's easier to access the cabin filter from the glove box, even though I have never tried from the battery area.
