Widest Tire on a Sedan?

What is the widest I can go on the front and rear if I have 20" rims? 255front and 295 rears?

With a very high offset you might be able to fit 255's but 245's are more common.

Same goes with the rear, if you roll the fenders and get a very high offset a 295 might fit but 275's are more common.

Why would you want a 295 tire with those 20s . I run 275 and thats big (wide)enough.

What 20's?

What are the width's on them. 275's look pretty stretched on my 10's. I would love to strap some 295's on them!

I hate the narrow fenders and high offsets too.

Can you do it with a fender roller if you go really slow? I would like to get a little extra space for now. The widebody kit fund is quite small right now...

ill join the club w/ you tim.... i sold my honda finally and dumped my turbo funds away to get out of that damn car.

i know a body shop can slowly open up the front and rear fenders to make it look almost close to stock.

widebody does look sexy on that white sedan though

I like it but it's too much IMO. It would look better if he didn't do it so drastic. I think a widebody to fit a fat coupe size and offset would be perfect.

See that is a perfect size. I don't get why the 350 and coupe have these wide fenders and the sedan is so narrow.

u didnt want to watch the video... i measured it that day and the tire stuck out of the fender about 4 inches so if we can get a way to push out the fender we can run a lower offset or wider wheel.

i'm debating over s/c or s/turbo right now so im lookin at my traction options

Start with camber kits if you don't have them. I went from ~-2 degrees in the rear to ~-0.6 and it helped sooooo much. Before with my 275's I would spin through 1st, 2nd and half of third on the street. Now I can catch in 2nd.
