damn.. I was thinking of putting Q45 projectors in my high beam..

it would look really nice...but i am not sure about the output tho

Just depends if you're willing to sacrfice high beams for looks. Once I got them on I have no regrets. Washing the car today and will post pics tonight.

Someone just finished a Q45 retro and said the output was "ok" and the cutoff was a little fuzzy.

TL's are still the best for the lower since you can keep the high/low and they have awesome output. The Q45 is the best looking so it comes down to whether you want more output or better looks.

It doesn't have to though. I have seen some amazing G45 output. If you don't like the output you could also consider some supercharged ballasts.

I picked up an Optima yellow top off of ebay for about 150 shipped 2 years ago. The thing is still going strong.
I bought it from indoaudio, he's still selling them. Here is a link for one that is 119 +48 shipping

If you decide to get it from him, ask if he has the reverse terminal batteries. If not, you will have to rewire your G, like I did, but I bought the battery for a different car that I sold for the G.
