You need to remove the door panel from the problem window, and press and hold the limit switch (hidden inside a small hole readily visible once you take off the door panel) while pressing the down switch on the window (do not press the auto function). More details on the problem and solution can be found in the link below:

For three years I had no problems other than needing brakes. Now, my third problem in two weeks...today when I tried to check the oil, I had trouble opening the hood. I was a short distance from the dealer, so I had them take a look at it. The drivers side hood hinge was frozen. They were unable to free it, so a new pair is on order. They had a hell of time getting it closed. I hope this is the end of problems for quite a while.

What do they charge for the extended warranty? I've been considering getting one as well.

I just picked up my 2004 G35X from the dealer and the emissions warranty covered replacing the cat and sensors to the tune of $1400. Why would the cat fail at 76K miles?

Whoa, you've changed spark plugs already? Wow you must drive a lot..

Oh yeah, the price for the spark plug change is unbelievable. That's roughly the price of a set of new tires right there!

Long story made short. My 2003 sedan has 96,000 miles on it. Last year when it turned 90,000, I had the spark plugs changed. Dealer called me and told me, oil has filled up all the spark plug tubes, the gaskets disappeared and you need new valve covers along with new spark plugs. Labor and cost of OEM valve covers came to $950ish. I had brought my own spark plugs with me.
