$250 - Tint
$160 - Skunk2 springs - hell of a deal online - installed myself
$50 - K&N
$130 - fender roll
$110 - post lowering alignment
$150 - Coupe 18's with new tires
^ (bought 18's for $700 sold the stock 17's for $550, so $150 is what I had to put out for the swap)
I'm happy with it (for now)and looks like I only spent $850 - quite a deal + it is paid off.
If gas wasn't $5.00 a gallon would probably be a little more motivated to do a little more.

I'm sure that Mr. Stock can imagine the fun-factor from a car modified to produce more punch/growl(FI/exhaust), more "stop"(brake kit); to make it lower/wider(wheels/tires/suspension).
However, it does NOT make financial sense to do so, especially when you consider blown transmissions, clutches, engines, xtra gas, tickets etc.
You will always lose on a modified car, especially when you part out to sell. If you sell your car modified you limit your audience and still lose on the mods.
If you choose to still (excessively) mod, go for it as long as you are aware it is a losing proposition for the common man.
