pesti, not to derail your thread, but what do you have on your car that gives you 298 rwhp?

Guess I could check your profile. I'll do that now

Enjoy your loaner! If you're tight with your salesperson, try to get a loaded FX next time. Those things are FUUUN for a loaner. Every time I needed to run a big errand to Home Depot, etc., I brought my car in for a TSB or something else... got an FX and went and did my stuff Loved it so much, we got one

I've only had my car in once, and they gave me an I35 too, that's okay, it's not a bad car, much better than being taken home in a van!

Re: my first infiniti loaner vehicle

Oh let me see, brand new loaner non sport sedan, first person to drive it. First thing I do is go find 180 degree freeway onramp and do my own handling tests at max adheasion, not once but at least 6 times in a row. Then 3 max brake test's from 85mph in the country on the way home. I had it for almost a week and took every chance I could to fling it around to test the suspension. I don't think I'd every buy a former loaner needless to say. (yes I felt guilty, but I didn't put the car through anything is wouldn't see if it was in automotive journalist test fleet).

Re: my first infiniti loaner vehicle

Speaking of loaners...

I usually get a stock g35 (abused the hell out of it too)...it had like 25k + miles so i'm sure it's been around the block.

Had an I35...it's SLOWWW for my taste and too floaty.

Can't get an FX...hmmmm what to do....what to do...

CONGRATS turning 21 man!
Abuse the hell out of those loaners!
That's what they are for...the deales know that..TRUST ME ON THIS...

Speaking of which I need an oil change 24,500+ already!

Re: my first infiniti loaner vehicle

It makes sense now. Your rwhp was too high for "regular" N/A mods but was too low for forced induction.

BTW, I sent you a PM regarding your front bumper cover.
