I have been hearing more and more about using an 05 sedan midpipe and how good that sounds.. People say the coupe midpipe drones a bit and the sedan midpipe sounds great.. anybody have thoughts on that?

I've had both the coupe midpipe now the 05/06 sedan midpipe. The sedan midpipe sounds a lot better, IMO. Here's my 03 sedan with an 06 sedan midpipe. Please excuse the lack of any video editing.

Wow, that's pretty funny. Wonder where they tell you to install it? I checked but there was no info..... surprised you can't get a fake front mounted intercooler to go with it for an extra $9.95.

Thanks for the vids Tire Smoke. Appreciate you taking the time to make and post them up.

Sounds mean, I like it. Do you get much of a drone out of the setup?

^Thanks again
Now I just need to get over the single opening vs the dual tips. I don't really like the single but I sure do like the sound.

It's the sound you'll hate with most aftermarket exhausts when you're driving all day. It's the low, hollow exhaust sound that you hear after you let off on the gas, the droning sound.

No drone occurs after you let off the gas...if you're not applying the throttle, how are you getting exhaust gases going through the exhaust to drone?
