lol, ur funny man. Ur like the little devil guy on the one shoulder saying "do it, do it" while the guy in the toga is like "remember Frank, u have bills to pay and other responsibilities" If I had another replacement w/e car and a bigger bugdet I'd consider it. For now I'll have to settle for working harder for a new house (among other things).

Now about my bro's 335, I'd have to invest quite a bit to keep up with him, althought I am dying to see how an FI G would stack up. He's currently running the PROcede, KW V3 coilover, Quaife LSD, ?? Sways, and a couple of other minor items I'm forgetting. Next in line for him is a new intercooler, (forgot new downpipe), PROcede V2 upgrade, full exhaust & M5 replica body kit (waiting for install). I stand humbled. Perhaps I can get the 2 of u side by side for some runs

It'd be great to see him get knocked off his perch, hehe.

Perhaps there are some better quality versions of this out there.

I like how the housings are black inside on the ebay ones like some people open theirs to do. I've never seen those before. I already wanted new housings cuz mine are getting cloudy (damn LIE debris ), this is like killing 2 birds w/ 1 stone. All that's missing are rings and projectors like TTrank. Probably too much $$$, I'd rather spend it on performance. Do you know someone for painting the grille? It's a great start, I still think I'd want the UTR in the end.

You Said Your Headlight Housing Was Getting Cloudy ..

I Used "3m Cleaner And Polish" ( Two Seperate Bottles )

Made A Very Big Defference ON BOTH HEADLIGHTS AND REAR LIGHTS

Got Rid Of The Built Up Haze AND MINOR SCRATHES ..

HEY ITS BETTER THAN BUYING A NEW SET ..

Try It Out ..

P.s. Im Soo Jealous .. Of Your Mods . Lol

As long as I don't see those beasts on a daily basis in the flesh then I can sleep at night.

Please post impressions of the GT Spec bar... I realize it's hard to tell since you installed the same time as sway bars - and the other mods... but lately I’ve been interested in their products, your impressions would be great - thanks.

Understanding where the susp and sways come into play all I can say so far is that the direct effect seems to be in the chassis. It feels tighter as if the car were built a bit stronger. Perhaps much like the newer 2nd gen w/ the additional weld points. The main area I'm noticing a difference is in body flex as others have reported. The car feels flatter/tighter in twists and turns. I don't think if I had done it alone, that it would have felt like it made a HUGE difference, but definitely a welcome one. So, if you're going to get it, don't expect the world, however do expect a tighter more pleasing feel over all. It's not that expensive and easy to put on so, therefore I highly recommended if you like driving esp on winding roads.

I'll be getting the mid brace soon as well and I'm expecting to feel more from that. I'll keep you all posted when I do.
cool - thanks... The mid brace is not production ready from my understanding - is this correct?... I do like how much more solid the 07 sedan feels and yes, thats what I am after with these bars... I have Stillen sways and quite certain the GT spec bars are going on the car soon! Thanks for the review... and happy modding (your wife & wallet will respect the addiction is better than drugs and prostitutes )

Been there, done that! That's one of the reasons my mods took so long to do. I've had the car since 11/29/03 and I'm just now giving into the mod bug.

Thanks for the info on the detailing stuff

I'm not sure about the mid brace. I might have just been on backorder when I got the F&R sets. I thought saw a pic of one going onto a 350z at some point or another.

Drugs and prostitutes......hmmm......I might need to borrow that to make a better argument w/ trying to convince my wife that these 'maintenance items' are VERY necessary 'for the safety of the car'

Great looking ride! I really like the coupe 19's on the sedan. The drop, wheels and Nismo kit pulls everything together very nicely. Keep up the good work.

Nice!

Wow! Beautiful mods. I'm new to the forum but have an 04 G35x - just getting into modding it as well. Like what you've done!

In your first post, you mention you picked your car up from getting the mods done + I see your plates are in NY state. I'm in NJ and looking for a good shop for my G - I'll drive a few hours. I know I can probably find a recommendation if I search, but who'd you use? Vinny Ten Racing?

thanks!
