In my last car, my battery took a dump on me at a gas station while I was filling up. Fortunately there was a Goodyear store across the street and so I got another battery from them.

 

My Optima has been in 3 cars in the last 2.5 years (5.0l, 3.7l, 3.5l). It's still holding strong.

 

Just got my car (2007 Sedan)....I see that the battery is in a "compartment" and was wondering if there are any tricks to remove/replace the battery(ie moving any other non-battery related pieces to make room etc)....maybe small hands would help.

Don't have problems right now but in Arizona its not if but when you need to replace a battery every two-three years.
