In Hyundai's defense, they actually have pretty good service. Infiniti has been a bit of hit and miss. I'm on my third infiniti... have five of them in the family. Not to happy with the service on the G35, but can't complain on the others.

yea Hyundai do actually have excellent service.
and for me I usually just take my car into Nissan for services since I had 4 previous nissan before and its easier for me unless its warranty issue.

Can you take pictures of the bent radiator fins when you get the chance or when you changed it out or when you go the dealership? I am just curious what it looks like...

That's quite a mature attitude to take...NOT.

Your problem initially sounded like an accessory belt broke.

come to find out that the fins on the radiator were bent and the air that was passing through was not cooling the fluid inside. So the dealer finally replaced the entire radiator, upper and lower hoses and all new fluid. A little complaining goes a long way i guess.

I went to Montclair and spoke to Dominique, he's cool and actually fought for me and doesn't care about my mods when it comes to warranty work.

I would bet the dealer bent those fins and then tried to pull a " uhhhh I dunnno" Then stick you with the bill. I'm afraid to let ANYONE work on my car. This is why I love driver There is about enough info to do everything to our cars!!!!!
