2005 splash guards on a 2003

Anyone know if these will fit right? I am getting my sills painted to match my car and want the 2005 splash guards. Do you think these will fit corectly?? Let me know asap! Also, the rubber molding on the bottom of the doors will still be that ugly gray plastic color. anyone know if that can be solved to match the color of the car?? thanks

- Chris

Did you ever find out the answer to this question? I am looking to paint the lower sills on my 03 sedan and want to know if the 05-06 splash guards will fit since the 03-04 ones are plastic on the bottom half.

i wanna know this answer too, i have the 03-04 painted to match my car but would really like to know if the 05's fit. it makes the car look so much better, and it does help a little to keep it clean.

I believe that the sills will fit a 03 thru 04 they are designed differently but these are drill on pieces the holes are all in the same location for 03-04 and 05-06 sills the front will be no problem the rear 05-06 sill has a piece that runs along side the lower side of the car these come with double sided tape s to stick to the sides I believe that if it's not a perfect fit it will be one that can be done with minor alterations. Now who's brave enough to give it a shot? If you really like them I think it's worth a try.

I don't think the newer splash guards will fit without minor mods.

The 05/06 splash guards will NOT fit on the 03. They won't at all since it has a different shape. Sucks, but what can ya do. I'm sure there are minor mods you can do but I wouldn't know how to do so. You can get 03 splash guards but I don't like them really. The rubber gray molding under the door will always remain that color since it is rubber and paint will not adhere to it. It doesn't look bad at all though. hardly noticable. I have my sills painted to match my car and the rubber molding was something I was weary on and it looks fine. Hope I helped

Can you post pictures of your car with the 03-04 splash guards, I tried searching but couldn't even seem to find any pictures of 03-04 sedans with splash guards

i personally don't have them on my car becasue i don't like them. The bottom half is that ugly palstic and the top half is the color of your car. I've seen pictures of them around here but I can't find any right now. I'll look more later

Thanks for the pic...yeah you're right doesn't look that great, 05-06 ones are way nicer looking, too bad it's not a straight fit onto the 03-04s
