I just purchased an 2003.5 G35 Sedan (Caribbean Blue, 5AT, Leather, Bose, Winter package, 17" factory rims, and no NAV) with 30k miles on it and love it one. This site was very helpful in making my decision to buy one very easy.

I had a couple questions about the HID's. Are the HID's only on with low beam or both and they are located in upper part of headlight assembly correct? Also on the headlight swith there is a second thing you can turn on the inside part of the column and it adds a little more light...yellowish light. I was wondering if these were fogs lights and is there a way to replace the bulbs with ones that look a little more like the HIDs?

I am sure I will have plenty of questions and will be searching the forums for the answers....I will be putting a pic up soon!

your supposed to post in the new members section but hey i made the same mistake when i joined

good find on the G, yes the HIDS are the upper lights and the halogen lights are the lower ones which are your fog lights.
the highbeams are also in the lower set by the way


if you want your fogs to look more like HID lights I'd recommend what everyone else seems to be recommending which is JDM Yellow lights by Luminics Direct...they're about 50 bucks shipped from here:

(you need to buy the ones that say H4)
