Finally bought a pair of OEM HID headlights... direct plug-and-play?

My 03 G35 sedan has the halogen lights and that really pisses me off so today I bought a pair of HID housings with the bulbs and ballasts for $325. I think that's a good deal.

Anyways, before I take my bumper off and swap the whole things, are the electrical connectors the same and is it straight plug and play thing?? I really hope it is, but I could always rewire it differently if I have to.
Thanks for the help, guys.

That's the kind of question you should have asked prior to your purchase, don't you think? Well I have no idea, I'll let the pros answer this one

Like I said, I am ready for any surprises and I am capable of wiring it all over if I have to. I just wanted to ask here before I take my bumper off so I know if I will need anything else or it's all plug and play.

Thanks for the reply though, it almost helped me.

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

I just did the same things. Plug and play real simple.

where'd you get your lights from ? that is a good deal. I paid $350 total by piecing a bunch of stuff together I got from e-bay and one housing from here. I did get bran new HID bulbs, and ballasts, but used housings.

I got them from Ebay, full assemblies with the ballasts and bulbs all fully tested and in perfect working condition. All tabs were on them with no defects whatsoever. They both came from a g35 that was hit on the side. I had given up on the whole swap since whenever I looked for these it always came up to above $500 for a complete set. I saw these for $150 each and got them. I think I made a good deal, especially if I can sell my oem ones for around $80 each. I will make and put the demon eyes on the HIDs first since I will have them out anyways.

nice good find. All my tabs are intact too. That was a big deal to me. Lots of crap for sale on e-bay going to for too high of prices.
