I rolled my fenders
+1 on keeping it warm and taking your time. I used a fender roller to do mine because a freind had one. I used a heat gun on mine. You don't have to make them too hot, just keep it nice and warm while you do it.
Did the heatgun make your paint flat (not shiny) on some spots? Or is that just the photo?
I think your offsets are good, they stick out nicely. Any more though and it would look bad.

He definetly bubbled the paint due to overheating. Something you have to be very carefull of. Hope it doesn't start to peal at this point. The roll looks good though

That's what I thought too, but I think it's a combination of the orange peel and what appears to be a 1 stage paint job.
