Got a question about Passing Inspection In NJ

I got a question concerning inspection with headlights. I got an 03 sedan and got 8000k HID's in the head and fog lights, but they have no brights. The lights are bright enough so I didn't think I needed them. Would I fail inspection because I have no brights? Also, I have "spark blue" city lights in the fogs (the little 194 bulbs). Would that cause me to fail inspection as well? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Chris

failure homie...you need high beams, low beams...city/marker lights need to be amber in the front..8000k are bluye, no good...depends how blue they are..if you get someone stupid they wont know the difference..but you get someone like me taht works there and knows what they are doing and it will fail...

put it back 2 stock if you dont want problems tehre bro..its easier to spend 20 minutes changing your bulbs then making 2 trips 2 the inspection..

damn you serious. So i'm going to need to spend 180 bucks to get new high/low beams? Ugh. My lights are just very white, they aren't blue really at all. I can easily change the city lights back to the stock ones when I get it inspected. I go to the one up in eatontown

Or pay the $45 approximate charge to have it inspected by a private garage who is friendly to modders

Also, are there any bulbs I could get? In order to get high beams, the bulbs for my conversion kit (pilot xenon's. got them from www.IJDMTOY.com) are 170 bucks bucks. I need the Bixenon H4's. Would I be able to use any bulbs or do I have to stick with the pilot ones? Does that make sense? lol

Sorry, don't know any in Monmouth. But I believe there's a list at NJDMV. Then you can call around to see which one sounds the most helpful.
