Finally fixed creeking suspension !!!!!!!!!!
Hey all
I've had my front end creeking since I bought the car couple months ago. It is 2004 G35X. So, couple days ago I took it to the dealer. They kept it for a day and fixed the problem. They replaced both front compression rods and they also replaced both rear sway links (there was a little creeking from the rear as well). I have driven the car for a few days, no noise whatsoever.
So, I am excited since it started being a litttle annoying.
Just thought I would share another story with a happy ending

I'm planning to get mine replaced on Wed. This will be the 2nd replacement which I'm assuming will be done under the 12K miles/12 month limited warranty (stated on the back of the service receipt). The front compression rods have started to go bad after 11,000 miles and almost a year from prior replacement (which was done under factory warranty).

My creeking has gotten worse with the cold weather, but was minimal during summer. May be worth taking to the dealership for this issue if my situation is the same as yours.
i have the same problem with my o4 coupe..i took it to the dealer twice already for the squeaking in the front of my car..they said it was the wipers?!? i was like wtf are u sure..then after i got my car back the 2nd time i went there i still heard the squeaking..so i took it back today!! again so this is the 3rd time! if they dont fix it this time imma have to get a lawyer..so i can scare them! =]
For the rear, do you think they would not fix it under warranty if you had Stillen sway bars?
The rear of my car is squeaking like no other and I know its those damn end links. I just don't know if it would be a waste of time to schedule an appointment or not.

I went to the Costa Mesa Infiniti dealer and they were great! They changed my compression rods and my rear sway bars. No squeeks or clunks anywhere and it was all done under factory warranty! But then they didn't fix my window rattling 'cuz they couldn't replicate the sound when they took for a test drive. Odd thing though, the window rattle comes and goes, so it's hard for me to take it back.... Question for JNTHNs, did riverside mention if they took it out for a spin to hear your window rattle before fixing the problem? If not, maybe i'll take it there, although its about 45 miles out....

they simply replaced some parts--ill check out the work order, and i was set. that team is awesome, its worth the 45 mile drive.. its about 40 miles from temecula as per mapquest but sure didnt feel like it.. nevertheless, take ur car there-- the service team rocks
ps- i contacted JASON@RIVERSIDE (sn) beforehand and he directed me to the right folks
Cool, thnx for the reply!
Also, I'd appreciate it if you can tell what it states on your work order. I've heard of people who dyna matted the lining, but I'm a uber noob... Well, I guess I'll talk to jason@riverside, I'm already purchasing something through him~
