Ahh the loaner. Been driving it for 4 days.

Well my car is in service for some minor issues and I have been driving the loaner since saturday. All i gotta say is automatic and traffic go together. This is the second day of the work day and after a usuall traffic commute i was NOT tired at all. automatic, caddy like suspension (compared to my car)FTW in traffic. Im just glad my workplace is going to be 3 miles away in about 20 days. No more an hour + commute every day.

BTW i do miss my car.

I have had a 06 loaner since yesterday, This thing is incredibly slow/soft. I feel like im in an SUV because of the seating position. I can't imagine me driving a stock automatic G. I would kill myself within the first week.

I can't wait to get my car back.

BTW this car makes nasty a$$ smoke when standing still. I covered my car in smoke yesterday and i was surprised how easy it was to do a standing still burnout.

I had a 07 loaner not long ago. I actually dislike having the automatic on the 07. The throttle is so sensitive that you are either creeping along or the auto dumps a few gears and rockets ahead. I suppose you get used to it but I was glad to get my 05 6mt back.

Where will you be working, Vlad? I worked a while for a company based on Lankershim & Cahuenga just North of the 101.

I work for the LA county. Lankershm & Cahuenga are about 3-4 miles away from my house. Right now I work on Van Nuys & Victory right infront of the POPO station.

I left the car there in valet mode on. I wonder if they even think of test driving my car what their reaction would be seeing the needle bounce off the rev limiter at 4000rpm.

You have valet mode on your G? What did you install to do that?
