Popped a Tire

I was on highway 1 south..and pulled over to look at the coast and as I was leaving..I backed up into a ditch...

Doesn't sound bad...but there was a sewer drain cased in Cement within the ditch...so I backed into the corner of the cement and blew out my tire...

Basically my car was stuck...and a blew out a tire..so I had to have people pushed out the car..so embarrassing...argh...
I was looking at the damage..and a tire popped...rim scratched..and back side bumper is a little loose now..sucks...Just wanted to get my frustration out..tats all...eheheh

Re: Popped a Tire

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. They'll be able to tighten up the bumper at the shop, fix up the tire and wheel and all will be good again.
Doesn't your Sedan have a full size spare (with matching rim)
Good luck

Re: Popped a Tire

That's a nice stretch of road, sorry to hear the trip was side-tracked by the tire incident. I noticed I have a full size spare on the same type of rim as the 4 "standard" ones. Will you just use the dinged one as the spare, or try and repair the scratches?

Re: Popped a Tire

I used the spare tire...but it does not match the 4...

Hopefully the damage is not bad...gotta get my car cleaned to see how big the problem is
