FELLAS!! Should I go for the 6MT or Auto. I'm looking to buy my G Sedan this weekend. HELP!!! I'm confuse!! Dont know which one to go for. Your opinion will help me a lot in making my decision..Thanks

As I have mentioned in other posts, I think the 6MT makes driving a bunch more fun, traffic or not. But if you want to eat, drink, talk on the phone, read the paper, give attention to your significant other, etc. while you drive, I would recommend the AUTO.

Socal...I ordered a 6mt sedan Ivory/Willow with aerodynamic which is scheduled to come in tomorrow..now I'm kinda having a 2nd thought about going for it.

Im in NY, got the full sports sedan with every sports option except 6spd. Guess what my regrets are? Not getting the stick, im on a lease and trying to trade in the car for a same exact one but with stick, doubt it will happen but worth a try! Get the stick, im in NY too with a lot of snow and traffic and I want it, lata iLLG

I love my six speed manual. Since I got the stillen dual exhaust it makes a nice rumble sound when I down shift. I love this car.

 

Every sports car...I have always owned a standard...I hate automatic...I seem to fall asleep while driving...
I live in NJ and on the Highway is always stop and go...I never complain about my standard...
Go test drive both...I wanted the auto when I first test drove it...it was fun..then I drove the standard...LOVE the short throw!!!!So I immediatly went back to the standard...

I have every option except NAV and 6MT. Guess what I wish I got? 6MT and NAV. I have driven MT's on every car since I was 16, I miss it so much! It makes the experience that much more fun. Oh well, next time.

I say go with the automatic. Your not missing much with a stick. sure it's fun but the auto is almost as fast. That way you can sit back and relax while sipping your big gilp while the other person has to furiously row their gears

But, I did go for the 6MT, just got back from the dealer. Oh man!! cant wait til I brake it in..
