Question

Has anyone ever heard of a muffler made by Zen Motorsports?

There is guy selling a muffler on kijiji; he doesn't seem to know to much about it other then he bought it off of eBay from Zen Motorsports. I've searched and haven't been able to find anything on this company/muffler.

Here is the ad...

Let me know if you know anything about this muffler. I'm trying to gauge if it is worth acquiring.

Thanks

Nice, can't wait to see what you got planned 350GT-R. I actually got two ideas. All depends on the rear bumper I'll be running. One of them will definitely be unique and one of a kind on a G if I plan to go that route, but it'll be more work.

if no one make the rear bumper in time or a diffuser. i probably have my shop cut a nice outlet on my bumper and add a heat shield on it. lol

and my oil consumption problem is less now, since i put back on my stock cats. now driving for like 3k miles with no low oil.

I've taken pics before when I first installed this exhaust, but I never took the pics out of the camera I used, so I snapped a few pics with my phone while I had my car up on the lift for an oil change today.

You have an exhaust leak at the Y arm flange.

But how does it sound? Any drone?

I see it... I just don't really care. It might have been a leak before, but it's sealed now. Was too lazy to go find another gasket anyways.

It sounds surprisingly nice. No unpleasant drone with the silencer on, but it gets pretty loud and drones just a bit without. The piping is nice and thick, construction and welds is extremely nice for the price. Overall sound is not much different from a Z midpipe and HKS axleback, but I'd have to say this sounds sportier, smoother and a bit deeper, but a bit louder too (with the silencer on).
