Yeah my shop mounted it vertically by creating some brackets (it's the box to the right of the exhaust pipe in the picture).

No idea how much longer they extended the hoses, but it wasn't that much. You can buy coils of hoses in big lengths, then they just cut them to fit.

Ok cool. Any idea how they cut the hoses and put them together? Or did they replace them. Cos I don't know where the hoses end. When I removed my headliner I saw the hoses being run in the roof area.

They just replaced them with longer ones. You can get hoses in big lengths and cut them to size.

No idea what you're talking about with the headliner and the roof area, the EVAP has nothing to do with that.

There are some hoses come from where the engine bay is all the way to the rear where the quarter panels are, I was thinking maybe one of those hoses goes to the evap box.

Anyone have a clip of these "Helmholtz Resonance" race pipes on a g35 coupe or sedan they talk about on pg 34 of this months Import Tuner mag? (4/10) I'd really like to hear them. Doesn't look like they're worth much hp on a non-rev up like mine though.

Other then the Stillen Gen 2, any other exhausts fit the 05 X with no problems?
The stillen is pretty pricey and from the videos I've heard doesn't sound too different.
Anyone running anything else on an X? Or at least running the stillen, and can give any input on how different it sounds from stock, worth the price?

Really? Even the Gen 2 which the Stillen site says is the quieter version?

Still, any other ones that bolt right on?

^ what he said. Or you can make your own. HR Y pipe with coupe or 05/06 sedan middie and obx or megan racing muffler should put you around 250-300$ way less if you have an 05 06 since you'd just need Y pipe and muffler
