Clearly I’m using “Child Psychology/Reverse psychology"…
At the Track – for best performance:
1) Use a long ram intake
2) Don’t bother with after market shielded intakes or a Z-Tube (it just makes the straight air flow too cold)
3) If AT, ALWAYS break torque – pull the stop lamp fuse (you get better smoke, and the ECU won't alter your power)
4) If #2 doesn’t work, 2nd worst (I’m mean next best) Neutral drop
5) Drop tire pressure to sub 25 psi
6) Hi-flow exhaust is just loud… stay with stock – you’ll never notice the difference without an ECU tune anyway
7) Don’t get an ECU tune because all the above is a waste of money
8) Don’t go FI, bang for the buck you’re are better off N/A
Okay… children, that about covers it… now go on and do exactly as I didn’t say!

Easiest way of knowing if you and the track are 13 second capable:
Run it stock. If you yield low 14's, 13's should be easy with full NA. The tracks around my area are not so great. So 13's is a much bigger deal here than in the tracks at the east coast (for instance).

Possible with those mods?..... Yes. Likely?....... No.
So the question remains, how to do it?
With those mods (Spacer, HFC, Pop/Ztube) you should trap 99-100mph wich is good enough for high 13's with a 2.0 or less 60'. To get that 60' you will need a good set of tires (Drag radials on stock rims is fine).
I would recommend a tune after those mods (should get you another 10-15whp and open up the power band -- +1-2mph in the 1/4)

Where do you live and I'll tell you if you've got a shot at 13s with an NA sedan.
I have a 2005 6mt Sedan with Injen CAI, Mrev2, 5/16" spacer, headers, test pipes, borla cat-back, and a 285/30/19 in the rear for some extra grip. My best time was a 13.78 with a 2.29 60 ft. time
my launch could have been much better. Trapped 104.364mph, 52 degress F.

Ooops... nevermind - my appologies - I re-read and understood you to say 2.7 "without DR"...
Decent track prep + decent weather + decent launch + avg pwr + DR = sub 2.0 60' easily! first 4 without DR = sub 2.0!
DR to me is like NOS (a bit of a cheat)... unless you run NOS and/or have DRs at the stop light, I'm gonna beat you to the fwy entrance

Yes i could prob get my 60' Down a little more if i had a little more time on the track, and if i did'nt have as much neg camber in the rear as i do.
