Noob ?

Hello, this is my first post and you will be happy to know that I am a previous Acura TL owner making the jump to G35!! Have a couple of simple questions for you experts.

Im looking at a 2006 Sedan will all options including Nav and Bluetooth. I have yet to test drive it yet and am wondering if the G nav systems are touch screen? The TL was and was a very handy function. Also if you look up businesses on the Nav system is there an option to call that business directly through the bluetooth? TL also had this...once you located a business there was a button to call them which used the wireless bluetooth. Final question is I have located an 06 with 12k with all options for 25k. From all my initial research I seem to be getting a steal but I wanted to see what you guys thought? Is this a good deal or just average or maybe even a bad deal?

Sorry to inform you of this but the Nissan/Infiniti nav systems are nowhere near as good as the Honda/Acura nav systems. On the positive side, Infinitis are much funner to drive!

You found a 2006 loaded, 12K miles for only $25K.....what part of the car was hit in the accident?? Seriously, if the car is mint/no body damage, I would jump on that!!

carfax is good, but goto your DMV and get a full use car report.
make sure it doesn't have a lien.

Good luck with your car purchase what was the color combo on the 06 for only 25k? Is it auto or manual for that price I'm assuming it's 6spd...

I think so also. My plans were to grab it up Saturday but the bad part is I have to do a little travelling to get it. Looks like a lot of snow in the forecast for this weekend so I may have to delay for another week. Nevertheless I am looking forward to it. I hope I like it as much as i did my TL.

Wow, what a deal.

I bought my OB 2006 G35 AT sport sedan with prem/nav and 16k miles back in September for $26.5k.

Run!

nice deal, the infiniti nav system is one of the worst on the market, but it will get the job done, just takes a little getting used to. If you could find one for a few $$$ less without nav you might be better off just getting something aftermarket if it is that important.

+1

I like the Honda nav systems a lot better but would still take a G with aftermarket nav.
