I was able to rub out the white scuff and it looks 100x better now. There is still a visible mark there but its pretty close to the color of the car. I'll ask my detailer (johng35m) if he can clean it up anymore than I have.

damn man sucks! i would talk to those little poops again but have your cell phone on record mode and catch them talking about damaging your car. then get their parents to fix the damage aand kids suspended. that is bs.
i feel your pain, my dad, DAD backed into my rear bumber and took some paint off, brother was fooling around witha razor blade and teh wind took it out his hands SMACk into my paint minor scratch, rocks and morons in So. Cal are fun to avoid to. If you drive it, it may get hurt. its ok. better you drive it than garage it
