I think in this case the TL driver might have intentionally veered into your lane. This is a common trick that forces you to back off making them have an easy win. I guess if you can't win by horsepower you have to cheat.

LOL im laughing at it too although my dad has 04 maxima.
But i think there is a way to control that power (atleast on the maxima) by controling the pedal and keeping the steering wheel steady.

The story was too funny though.
