Most likely you need to replace the cv boot and possibly the cv joint. Take it in to a mechanic as soon as possible because if it is not taken care of you can mess up the axle as well.

Our front wheels have axles?

I know he didn't really specify front or rear, but my clicking is in the front.

To the OP if it is the rear axle, here is a thread about it.

Had the same thing happen to my old Honda Accord, twice actually. As mentioned, get it taken care of as soon as possible. Hopefully it's just the boot if it just started but ignoring it can lead to it affecting the joint as well which significantly increases repair price. On my Accord I was able to replace the boot myself but not sure on how difficult that may be on the G35.

Unless it is an AWD it is not going to be a CV joint.

Wheel Bearing?

Jack up the front of your car, see if the wheel jiggles...
