i just turned 22. i bought my 07 g35x in june and i like it more than my 03 coupe. the styling of the new sedan is just sexy. i feel that all young g drivers have to shell out the cash for the cars themselves to truly appreciate the vehicle tho. i live in upstate NY (tons of snow) and am 6'3" so the AWD sedan is the perfect car in my opinion.

They aren't all that expensive used. I've been shopping for an '06 G35X the last few weeks and i've been seeing them in the $22-26K range.

Granted that might be a lot to a 16-20 year old, but for someone in their mid-20's, i would hope they would be financially secure enough to be able to afford a car priced in the 20-30K mark.

I'm 26, and it's not really a big deal o me as i'm in a a good career and know how to manage my money, but then again i have friends my age that still live paycheck to paycheck but NEED to have a new BMW or some other trendy car and have nothing saved. I'd love a new 07 or '08 G35, but to be honest i'm not that crazy about their looks. I prefer the 05/06's over the newer ones (still damn nice cars). Plus i don't want to get too over my head with payments as i'm trying to squirrel money away each month to purchase a condo in the near future.

I'll get my G soon. I just need to sell one of my Mustangs. I've had four years, ZERO problems and tons of fun with the '03 GT. It's been the most reliable car i've ever owned so it pains me to sell it...but time to grow up i guess and get something classy and mature yet sporty. I still have my other Mustang to play around with.

got my car when i just turned 19, now I am 22. being in sales allowed me to have a lot of disposable income. I should've saved more, but i was a young kid doing the hustle so you know how that goes. Now i am getting ready to get my MBA and should be driving a geo metro until i move into a secure career but the mod bug bit me so im keeping this car for a while

23 here, and just got a used '06 sedan in garnet ember. In my mind, after all the research I did before buying a car, the Infiniti was the best car for the money, hands down. I couldn't even buy a new Camry for the amount I paid for the g35, and the G is WAY nicer. I'm completely happy with my purchase, and plan on keeping this car for a LONG time; modding as I go.

"Mostly old people 40's & 50's"? Be careful when you start calling 40 year olds "old people".
