Yeah, but it's not real easy. It will take about $200 to $300 and a little mechanical know-how. Years ago, DaveO pioneered this mod and you can probably find partial DIY for the project. People swear up and down that the e-fan converision is good for up to 10whp (including DaveO), but the only dyno we have to go off of was done a couple years back and the numbers were inconclusive. If someone could show me a before and after dyno showing a gain of even 5whp, I'd do the mod. I think the reason so many people think this mod would be good for a decent amount of power is because the fan-clutch drains power. However, the fan on the G35 is not engaged all the time and it's relatively light therefore there's not a huge amount of parasitic loss like say a truck fan would have.
Interesting, I'll go try to dig up the DIY.

When is the fan running, and when is it turned off.

No button to open the trunk from outside the car only from the alarm FOB and the inside of the cabin.

the 05-06 have the small button under the tail light to open the trunk.

Another difference I've noticed is more on the aesthetic side. In the '03-'04 sedans, the engine cover is all black with silver lettering on the "V6" badge. However in the '05-'06 sedans, the engine cover is silver/black with red lettering on the "V6" badge. This is also the same cover that is stock on all the '03-'07 G coupe.

I could be wrong. If your 03.5 does I would bet I am!

Bluetooth phone comes with premium package on an 06'. Different sat radio antenna. (I know I am forgetting a few things, but anyway... minor differences)
I think Ipod/mp3 integration was added on 06 as well???

On the 2003 models, the button is in the lift handle.

One thing I like about the interior of the '05-'06 sedans is the gauges and controls. The backlighting of the clock has changed from (2) bulbs to full LED lighting so it's easier to see at night. The steering wheel controls are backlit whereas in the '03-'04 they're not. The AUTO function from the headlight control stalk is removed. Finally the instrument cluster has changed its design with brighter needles (in my opinion).

I don't think so. Only the coupe got the red lettered "V6" on the engne cover. My '05 had the silver "V6."
