I use a 10 Ohm, 20 Watt resistor for my lights. I tried a 47.5 Ohm, but it was too light of a load and my lights still did the hyperflash. So I switched to the 10 Ohm, and it ends up having an average load of 10 watts when the lights are flashing.
So I don't think that a 45.3 Ohm would be too heavy, but depending on what lights you're using, it might be too light.
