Those who have had both coupe mid/HKS exhaust and Stillen cat-back
Sedan owners who have had both coupe mid/HKS exhaust and Stillen cat-back exhaust combinations, can you please comment one the performance of each combination?
I am running on coupe mid hks now, but like to see the comment of the owners who have switched to the Stillen catback. How's the performance and how does sound? Compared to the mid/Hks combo, is Stillen one as loud as, or louder than, the HKS combo? Thank you. Please help me decide soon.

I started out with a Stillen exhaust on my 03.5 sedan. It sounds great, not much drone and at WOT it makes girls drop their panties! Then I added resonated test pipes and ruined it. They gave me some more power, but after a while I got tired of the rasp. It didn't help that I continued and got headers.
Anyway, after some problems with the law, I decided to make my car more stock. So I sold my Stillen to a friend with an 06x. Oh wow, I miss the sound. I still need to get rid of my test pipes, I hate them.
So if you get the Stillen exhaust, don't replace your stock cats! Maybe with HFC's, but def not test pipes.

Anyway - OP I'm not sure too many people have done both - possibly?... But Stillen has good gains for sedan. If you are looking for performance, I'd suggest that route over coup mid and HKS tips... The later is cheaper, but I'd venture to say the former is better performance.
Stillen gen 1 is pretty loud – probably louder than what you are running currently… gen 2 is quite a bit tamer.
