Changing front parking lights?

Hello I'm a first time "poster", long time reader of the forums. I recently replaced my fog/high bulbs with PIAA super extreme white bulbs and the match to the xenon low beams is almost perfect. However the little peanut bulbs (168) are still the yellow halogen color. I'm not sure how to change those out, any info would be great.
Thanks- mjk

What's the model number on the PIAA?

I think ares on my350z.com sells white led bulbs to replace the ones you are looking for. I just removed mine for now.

I thought that, legally, these light must be amber.

He's talking about the bulbs on the inside of the headlight housing, not the side markers, those are supposed to be amber. I just got the clear lenses but left the clear bulbs in...oops.

Re: Changing front parking lights?

I actually already ordered the bulbs (model #19172 PIAA WEDGE BULB XTREME equivalent to 168 halogen), but I'm not exactly sure how to get in there and change them. When changing out the fog/highs, via the wheel well, I was able to reach my hand far enough in to touch something that moved the little bulb, but again, I'm not exactly sure how to get it out.

For the parking light. It feels like a stick right next to the fog light. You twist one way and pull out. Then for the bulb you just pull it. Be careful! Also a warning the led wedged bulb might not work the first time you plug them in. If they don't take it out turn the bulb 180 and stick it in, then it'll work. I forgot what thats called. Oh well, but thats the story! hope that helps. I have been changing that bulb for a couple of ppl now!

Re: Changing front parking lights?

Where do you guys order lights from and what are the numbers. I want a silver bulb that lights amber for the clear corners and HID look for the the little marker bulb in the headlights and the fog/high beam light. I looked in the manual but it says T10 for the peanut bulbs. I believe the corners are 194 and the markers in the headlights are 168. What are the Fog/Highs number and which ones look the best and where can I get them.

Check out the bulbs made by PIAA. I just put in super extreme fog/highs (model H4 series), they match closely to the HID xenon low beams. You can get them for about $70. Check out www.piaa.com for more info and www.ltbmotorsport.com to purchase the bulbs. They are located in FL. I hope that this helps.

Thanks mjk!

Do you know if the wedge bulbs in the corners and the clearance lights are the same? 168 or 194?

I am not sure. I am sorry I can't help you. All I know is that the wedge bulb in with the fog/highs is model 168.
