I'm pretty sure it won't work with a coupe middy without modifications.

Wouldn't you have the rest of the sytem available? As the STS has it's own complete exhaust with the kit.

Coupe middy might be a tough one when there's two inlets to the muffler

It only replaces the muffler segment.
