Any "black boxes" in the G ?

Are there any "black boxes" or data recorders in the G ? I have read that Corvettes have them and that with a court order the data may be used against you, like if you caused an accident and the recorder says you were going faster than you say.

Just wondering since my 6mt sedan is supposed to arrive on the 16th and I'm not exactly a slow driver ( wink wink, nudge nudge ! ).

Yeah, there was even an article in the Los Angeles Times Highway 1 section a few months back. There aren't any laws on the books yet and the ACLU is getting involved too I think. But 'Vettes have one I'm sure. Just something I was thinking about while doing late night feedings on my 5 month old !

I think most of the GMs have them, but AFAIK, Nissans don't use crash data recorders, but I'm not positive.
