Well,....

2003 as you mentioned, no G35 sedan has VLSD, even 6mt's

2004 6mt have VLSD, no 2004 sedan that is not a 6mt has VLSD

2005-2006 6mt's continue to get VLSD and now when the sport suspension is on the car, you finally get VLSD reguardless if your auto or mt.

^ when i was at the infiniti dealer getting my car i was informed that all PRE 04 had no LSD except the 6 sp.

And 04 and on , have LSD regardless of AT or MT.

I am sure there is LSD on all 05 - 06 G35. but the 04 im unsure of because it shares so many of the same parts as the 03.

on the '03 it had a BLSD. The limted slip is accomplished by braking the wheel.

BLSD isnt a real LSD...

You can always double check by driving the car

I can assure you my '06 does not have vlsd, and instead uses that braking system, which is crap. Anyone know what gear ratio diff my 5at uses? i keep seeing whole pumpkins on ebay that are vlsd.

honestly, I'm not sure the bang for the buck is there... initially I wasn't all that thrilled about it - then after a few weeks of spirited driving I was more appreciative... for some reason it wasn’t up to snuff for a while and lately I haven’t really driven it much...

I know that’s a very wishy-washy response... sorry

when you take spirited corners it is very apparent, hooks up well and goes!

I was having some issues for a while because it wasn’t behaving characteristically as it did shortly after I installed... the inside wheel would let loose and the @ss end would get real squirrely (something it simply wouldn’t do at first - instead of fishtailing it would grab & go)... I’ve got new wheels and tires on order - I'm waiting to have them mounted then push the corners and see how it behaves...

All in all if cost isn’t an issue it's worth it. However, it's a pricey item that may not be justified unless you frequently push the car hard.

Autotech (Quaife America) is developing their own version... you might want to wait and see how that turns out (I would if I didn’t already have Quaife).

Thanks for the mini review. Its just I have a 2003 and from my understanding and reading their is no VLSD or anything. So I am just looking at all my options. Thanks again. O by the way your front bumper is sick.
