Fabbed up a new exhaust. Whatcha think??? (Pics n vids)

Well... I had a Blitz Nurspec on the car. But I wasn't a big fan of the looks. SO, I decided to do a bit of cutting & welding this morning.

I cut the pipe off the Blitz muffler & I had a generic dual 4" tip stainless muffler in the garage. After a bit of cutting, fitting and some welding this is what I came up with!

looks good man. I would have shortened the tips to make it even with the rear though. Other than that, great work!

1000th post!!!!!!!

Looks good. Just a tad bit too big for my taste. I'd be a bit worried about it being too close to the bumper and might cook it a lil'.

+1 i just noticed that too. Seems the left tip is leaning against the bumper. Needs to be straightened out a bit

Thanks guys. I worked with what I had. I shortened it as much as I could and it only sticks past the bumper opening about and inch-inch and a half or so.

The way it's mounted it's got about aaaaaalmost a quarter inch of clearance around the bumper opening. That should be enough to keep it from cooking the bumper.

Sounds real good. Nice and deep, but not to ricey. All you need to do is straighten the tips and get yourself the rear section of the NISMO body kit and it will look sharp )

Thanks again fellas! I like the way it looks and sounds, but the Misses says it's too loud... And it's HER car. Not much I can really say about that! LoL Oh well, back to the drawing board! I've got some more stuff in the garage I can probably whip up.

I may just end up goung with a Thrush Turbo Muffler and a set of tips.

On a side note... After putting aroud 50 miles on it yesterday, it's gotten slightly deeper and a bit more mellow.
