car infront of me started quickly slowing down, so i also did but the person behind obviously didnt.

Hope that person doesn't try to say they couldn't stop quickly enough because you had tinted taillights...

His tails are not even dark, that would be a bull**** excuse.

Hope insurance takes care of this with no problems, that MIGHT be totaled.

yea the tails may be an issue-- but i agree with diesel that would be some ish.

what kinda talk is that? If i saw someone about to rear end my baby, i'd run out as fast as i could and be a buffer for my car. so sad, sorry for u man.

OMG That is awful! Hope you can get it repaired if it isn't written off as totalled. Glad you're okay, but man... that is PAINFUL!

if its painted use Acetone to get it off, works great. And sorry to see a g hurt like that

second, if they hit a car from the rear, they are at fault 100%.
